Counter staff is usually friendly and helpful which earned them an extra star. Unfortunately, and despite their claims to the contrary, no one has ever answered a phone call from me in three years. So, I have to go down to the office in person to report something as simple as a missing package which happens every two to three months. Update: On a whim I called them back today and got an answer in the first ring and a very helpful employee. Maybe they are listening to reviews. Adding a star for the good experience.
Extremely poor customer service. Called in twice, and each time had representatives cut me off and hang up on me as I was speaking. They failed to deliver a package, and apparently decided not to walk it into my apartment complex office. After a requested re-delivery, I still did not receive the package. Without a doubt, the worst post office I have ever dealt with. Added bonus, no sense of urgency to assist customers.
Very friendly people working here. I have a P.O. box at this location and am here once or twice a week. I needed to mail out an important envelope one afternoon, and, in a fashion typical of me, forgot my wallet. I was about to drive across town back home, but one of the guys at the counter lent me the money out of his own pocket so I could mail it out that day.
I bought a USPS 1-day priority express label with 1-day guarantee. Then, it magically became two-day priority and got delivered after five days. They denied my refund request, even though USPS said money back guarantee. The worst ever USPS service and post office staff. I hope the crap USPS go bankrupt ASAP with this crappy service. Nightmare! Avoid them
Very unprofessional supervisor and staff while i was there in person and over the phone especially the short lady that takes care of the half door where you check for tracking and pick up boxes/mail. She was very very rude that makes that company look awful. I do not recommend anyone to go and do business with that office.
I have been calling the local number for over 30 minutes... the recording says let me connect you to the operator then I get disconnected.I re dial and the same thing happens.. Then I dialed the 800 number and it says the wait is 40 - 50 minutes.... This is definitely not good customer service...
Pitiful lack of customer service. Atfer trying to get someone on the phone for 40 min a woman picked up. I told her I needed help tracking a package. She said she had to put me on hold. She never came back. No wonder everyone sla,s these lazy, inneficient people. You should be ashamed.
As with all things your experience is relative. One clerk is a sizzling professional, another mediocre, others in between.Postal workers run the gambit in life torn between increasingly overburdening rules by aloof management and trying to provide the best as they are allowed.
Very nice staff at this place and the lady who was answering phones was a very sweet lady and she also answered all my questions. I went here on a Thursday around 1 pm to mail a package and there were only 4-5 people in the line and we all were taken care of within 5 minutes.
Called two times... first time it rang and rang and eventually just cut me off. Second time the woman who answered sounded like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about passport services. Her attitude was borderline rude. Not really surprised though.
Always have to wait in line at the Post Office. That is just a fact of life. I had great customer service from Guy. All the clerks were pleasant and greeted everyone they interacted with with a smile and have a great day. Thanks for working on Saturday.
I wish I could give this facility negative stars. I have spent the entire day calling and recalling and have NEVER had anyone answer the phone. Extremely horrible customer service. No wonder the post office is going out of business.
someone delivering packages from this location ran into my truck just after delivering a package to my house. then took off not even considering part of there tail light was there with the package they left on my doorstep.
They are really helpful and friendly. Very polite in helping me as I did not know the procedure for shifting my address, was not receiving any letters from 2-3 weeks. Cons: * Do not pick up the phone when we call.
This is an awesome post office!! The staff is pleasant and respectful. They have given me helpful money saving tips to ship my packages! I am very happy they are part of my community! You guys rock!!!
This is the best post office I have ever dealt with. The employees are always really helpful and nice. Post Offices are almost always terrible but I always enjoyed doing business at this location.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. NEVER. If you have to make an appointment, you have to drive down there to make the appointment, then go in again for the actual appointment. It SUCKS.
This is by far the friendliest group of people. The staff is what sets this Post Office apart from the rest. They always have a smile and treat everyone with respect. THE BEST!!!!

God help you if you live on an auxiliary route. Apparently sorting and putting mail in the right box is a tough job. Incompetent idiots. No wonder USPS is going under.
I have been to many post offices in Europe and in the US. These are hands-down the friendliest people. They just got a new person a few months ago, not unfriendly.
Called and the phone rang for about 15 minutes. They then picked up the phone, hung up, and I got a line busy tone for the next 20 minutes. This has happened twice.

their service really poor. i never get my stuff on time i have to go at the station to pic it up and mostly they fail to find my stuff they have already got.
If I could do NO stars I would. Why do these post office braches even have phone numbers when they NEVER answer the phone. Absolutely useless.

The line takes a long time. They seem to change employees once every customer which makes things take longer. They are very nice though.
Although the guys at the counter are wonderful, the manager and our carrier are what continues to give the USPS a bad reputation. :/
I work as a supervisor in customer service and I use this office as an example of the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
Outstanding customer service! Also dropped packages at FedEx today - difference in attitude was astounding. Go USPS!!!

Sent my passport to Ohio instead of the 3 hours to Irving. Now I have to apply for a new passport.
I have tried calling 8 times to make a passport appointment time and no one answers the telephone.
Stop advertising to call for appointment to get passport service when you never answer your phone!
These guys and gals are always courteous and expedient. No complaints here about USPS.
