loaded my package on the wrong truck, was a special item for a memorial day event, never got it before memorial day. customer service was even worse to deal with, I got told the truck got called back and that if they have packages they will deliver past the delivery window of 8:00pm, the truck was "called back" at 7:45pm with my package still being tracked as loaded on the truck. terrible service, go with anyone else if you have a choice
The worst customer service I have EVER received. After delaying my package for two days because of their own in-house issues I was told I could "pick it up myself, or get over it and wait." I have never had one good experience with this location. I wish I had other options but sadly they deliver my Amazon packages. Hopefully one day they hire a decent staff that knows how to run the locations and treat their customers.
I had three day shipping and they put my iPhone on the wrong truck. All day it said it would be delivered on a Friday and it was in rout. Then later that evening it said tracking info unavailable, and I would get my package until next business day which was a Monday! At least on Monday a nice lady called to apologize about the situation ... and I was able to personally pick it up that morning
The people that work at this UPS Store park in the customer parking I have to park in another parking lot half a mile away and walk because there was no parking spaces. When I finally got inside the UPS store I saw that there was no one there. This meant that the people working there I park in the spaces designated for customers.
Very disappointing! Because I just moved, they refuse to send to my new address so I scheduled pick up, they told me I can pick up between 7-8, while when I was there, they said pick up is not available because the driver is not back yet. Totally a waste of my time!
Great for dropping off prepaid packages. However, representative should scale back the amount of perfume used. Apply it lightly, do not bathe in it. Really.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. I dropped off a box to be sent back to the store i rented it now the book is lost because they never scanned it in to ship it back!
My order is 8 days late and still not here was told ot may be another 8 days i will not be using ups again.
Ups through my packages over the fence and I had broken item, they said it was because the gate was lock...

Not really too well marked and its easy to miss. The customer office is tiny and if its busy, good luck.
Very quick service at the counter, and the lady was polite. I was literally in and out in under a minute.
Staff are so nice, even when the office is hot & stinky. I love the option to go to them.
