TRAINWRECK of a company. So far we are still waiting for our shipment...if they can get through with all of the excuses as to why they cannot do their job for us (that we already paid for), then maybe they could earn the 1 star I HAD to give them. I am a small family owned business owner that just lost our customers experience because of SEFL. The SEFL office is a mess. *1st excuse - The phones are out (for 4 days)...so calling from cell phones, no issue there, EXCEPT for when they do not return calls. Or when they do return calls 4-5 hours later - they have already left for the day and cannot help. *1st scheduled delivery attempt - Scheduled delivery for 10-11...no call/no show. *2nd scheduled delivery attempt - We called at 2pm wondering when it would show up...SEFL "the driver is in the area, and it should be there between 2:30-4:45". At 7pm, still a no call/no show. My company lost an entire day of work for 2 men to help with off-load. *3rd scheduled delivery attempt - We had to reach out the next day to find out what happened...SEFL "sir it was delivered and signed for by Joe"...me, "we do not have a JOE at this address"...SEFL "oh, it will be delivered today"...me "so it was not delivered"...SEFL "no, and the driver is not here yet (@ 915am), so we will put it onto another drivers route to be delivered by 11am". We are hopeful that this freight arrives today, but we are not holding our breath...if there are other companies you can use, do so...this is a train wreck of a company. I sincerely hope you can fix your process, but we will not use you again. No one should have to go through this just to get a delivery.
I have picked up several articles from this location and I have also shipped several articles from this location and I have only received good service. They are not overly friendly when you walk in the door but they are not rude either. They are a fast-paced business and I have had zero issues in my dealings with them. If you are overly sensitive then you should probably have your deliveries shipped to your local hair salon.
Absolutely terrible service!!!! Never use this place. Arranged delivery from 11am till 2 pm to get a signature. No updates given at all, no attempt to correct or compensate for delays. Now at 6 pm still waiting for my package. Stick with more reliable company!!!
Horrible make sure you know what you sign because they will hit you with a bs bill two weeks later!!!!
Not the smartest or the friendliest! Will never do business with these morons again!
